The basic plan is for the clients that’s provides his or her own design sketch and that we basically must elevate the design sketch to a technical drawing for building permission. However, we will have to check the design to see if it fits and meets all the requirements of the area where the building is going to be built. At this level we will provide a minimum of details depending on the complexity of the building.

The intermediate plan service is structured for clients that are looking to build a custom home and be fully engaged with an architect throughout the building plan process. A typical client interested in this service will require an architect to assist in the hiring of a builder, explore site constraints and opportunities, an interest or need for additional services, and may be interested in building a larger, more complex project.

The advance plan is Full custom design services are available for clients who are interested in working with us from the very start of project conception through the entire design and build process until the day you move in. A typical client interested in this type of service will require assistance in selecting a piece of land, have a complex and unique project in mind, require a competitive bid process, and full architectural services including interior design and construction administration.
